To complete and order on it is necessary to create a user account. For every customer that proceeds to register we create direct access with password protection for their personal data memorized by us. The user account allows quick access to order history, add or delete delivery addresses and modify invoice data. The required data to create an account are: sex, name, surname, email address, password, the consent of the use of personal data and subscribing to our newsletter. The delivery address and invoice data are requested during order completion. Only in this case do we need the correct name, surname and address, and an email address to communicate the order confirmation and shipment.

The customers personal data is passed to third parties only as the laws allow, including invoices, logistics activity (shipments and product returns) and fiscal obligations. The providers we use can only use the data with regard to their services. The data will not be used by any external companies, nor given to third parties for any reason at all.


Subscription to our mailing list can be completed at anytime while you create your account, checking the box relative to news and the box which consents the use of your personal data. The subscription is complete after you confirm the request via e-mail (OPT-IN). Only after we have the customers consent will we use the data supplied during the order phase to send our newsletter, marketing ads, news regarding new products, special events and other

Data saved in the server File Log

On every login the web page the data used are transmitted from the respective internet browser and memorie in a file protocol, in other words called a file log.
