Ordering/purchasing requirements

To place orders on our websites, you must:

• be at least 16 years old
• be a consumer, and not a dealer.

How to order

To place an order, you must have an email address and set your browser to accept both cookies and pop-ups, so that you can use all the features of the websites, which includes creating items, adding products to the cart, and checking out from our online store

Placing an order is easy:

1. Find the product(s) you wish to buy
2. Add the products to the cart
3. Check out
4. Select the delivery and invoicing options
5. Check the order
6. Send the order
7. Receive confirmation of the online order.

The user will be bound to his/her order after clicking "Confirm order" at the end of the ordering process. By clicking "Confirm order", you will send us the order as shown in the checkout screen. Once we receive the order, an automatic confirmation receipt containing the order number and purchasing details will be displayed on the website. The purchase is now complete. A copy of the automatic confirmation receipt will be sent to your email address. It is strongly recommended to print out this copy for future reference.
