Right of withdrawal

The Customer shall inform Aquarapid if he/she is not going to keep any item, asking for it to be reimbursed or changed for another item.

Any withdrawal shall be made known through an email sent to info@aquarapid.com or through the CONTACT FORM or by calling the toll-free number 800 800 786 within 14 working days of the receipt of the goods.

Afterwards Aquarapid must receive the product within an additional 14 days, transportation fees being charged to the buyer.

For the right to cancel to be exercised, the product must be returned in the same condition as when received. Therefore, it must be complete with packaging, seals, labels and accessories, if any. In the event that this requirement should not be met, we reserve the right to charge the buyer a penalty, which may range from 60% to 80% of the value of the product. The product will be reimbursed for within 30 days.
