Nuria is an Olympic Champion (400 freestyle) and World Champion.

Nuria was born with a physical disability in the left leg, but that has not prevented her from competing or living normal life. When she was nine months old, her parents took her to the pool to take the baby courses. At 3 years of age, she attended the courses and then made the jump into the Martorell Swimming Club. Since 2015, she is a member of the C.N. Sant Feliu and, of course, current member of the Spanish Swimming Team.

Swimming carries for Nuria unequivocal values ​​such as effort, sacrifice, the spirit of self-improvement, teamwork and companionship that, at the same time, are essential for her life.

Her 4 Olympic medals, her 13 World Championships’ medals and her 22 European Championships’ medals, at only 24 years of age are part of her already impressive honours list.
